Smoke on the (Fire)Water
A unique variation of the Exene cocktail, Smoke on the (Fire)Water contains a lightly peated Scotch whisky which swims through an Aperol tinted sea! Rosemary syrup adds a herbaceous note which balances the citrus. Bring on the peat and heat!
How to drink: Stir and pour over ice.
Suggested Garnish: Lemon twist.
