So darn romantic and not as cliche as most Valentine’s Day related words! Unlike Koi No Yokan,
you will be in love with this cocktail from first sip!

Ingredients
-Gin
-Pomegranate Liqueur
-Campari
-Suman Syrup
-Lemon Juice
-The Japanese Bitters Umami

How to drink: Shake and pour over ice.

Suggested Garnish: A leaf of lemon balm
