Traditional matcha (green tea) is harvested from the green tea production area of Uji in Kyoto prefecture.
Umami elements from a Junmai sake base accentuate the savoury component of green tea. The clever addition of yuzu adds a playful citrus note that elevates this liqueur. An elegant balance of savoury, sweet and sour, this liqueur is delightful on its own and as a cocktail mixer.
Recommended serving: chilled, on the rocks, with soda, cocktail ingredient
