With patience and perseverance, Umegae Shuzo have crafted the first distilled sake-based gin! A labour of love, it takes 16 bottles of sake to make 1 bottle of gin!

A light base with unusual botanicals. Sweet, tart with both acidity and intensity of flavour from mikan and lemon.
This is complemented by loquat’s stone fruit characters, such as white nectarine and peach. Bright strawberry notes are beautifully complemented by fresh juniper aromatics.Â
The plum branch provides a pleasant woody foundation upon which the fruity botanicals shine.
